Polyester mask Krafft for metal.

Unsaturated polyester resin-based mask, applicable in any metallic support.

Thanks to its balanced structure, the METAL-LYCK mask has good adherence to the support, absolute lack of pores, high malleability with spatula and long resistance to storage.

- Multifunctional mask for filling and finishing of small imperfections. The container includes hardener.

- Supports: sheet enough, degreased and sanded. Fiber of sandy glass.

- It has a high-power filler, fine finished and easy-to-leached features.

Method of use

PREPARATION:

1. Clean the surface well, remove all the residue of oxide; ungree with anti-syllonic diluting.

2. Add the catalyst to the mask in relation to the ambient temperature:

Temperature % in catalyst weight

• less than 10°C 3 – 3.5 %

10 – 20°C 2 – 2.5 %

• more than 20°C 1 – 1.5 %

3. Mix the two components well.

POT LIFE: 4 - 6 min at 20°C

IMPLEMENTATION:

- One or more passes according to the desired thickness.

- Apply to attach the mask to the support in a homogeneous way.

- Recommended thickness: 200 – 900 microns

SECTED:

BY AIRE – 20°C:

Interval between one last and another: 6 – 7 min.

It can be sanded: after 30 – 35 min. of the application.
