ECTIVE DC batteries are known for their high cycle stability. And yet we have succeeded in increasing the number of cycles in today's batteries once again. Because the DC-S models have more than 15 percent more cycles than the classic DC model with AGM technology. This means that an average of around 700 instead of 600 charge cycles (at 50 percent DoD) is possible. The ECTIVE DC-S battery is therefore particularly suitable for application areas with frequent charging and discharging, such as mobile lifting platforms, electric wheelchairs or solar systems. The cycle-resistant batteries impress with a convincing service life even under high stress.

The advantage of the intelligent information system
One of the strengths of the ECTIVE DC-S battery is the integrated, interactive ECTIVE Information System, abbreviated EIS. The most important information about the battery can be read on the practical display, e.g. the charge level or the current voltage. If difficulties arise, such as atypical voltage fluctuations, the EIS warns you with an acoustic signal and an additional message on the display. In addition, the intelligent information system reveals how long the battery has been in use in days.
Increase service life with recharge packs
The high temperatures and overcharging of cheap chargers also lead to increased degassing with AGM technology. During this natural process, the battery loses the necessary water, so its performance is significantly reduced over time. Compared to conventional models, the ECTIVE DC-S battery offers the advantage that it is equipped with integrated recharge packs. The "recharge packs" can be replaced in a few simple steps, so that the service life of the battery is easily extended.
