Shipping costs

The shipping costs indicated include VAT. 

The delivery time is governed by the following conditions, provided that the order is placed before 4 p.m. to give us time to prepare the package.

- For deliveries to mainland Spain, you will receive your order within 24-48 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

- For shipments to the Balearic Islands, you will receive your order within 48-72 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

- For shipments to the Canary Islands, you will receive your order within 6-10 working days. Shipping by sea. Customs clearance costs (Canary Islands Council) must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the order. 

- For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the country and region where you live.

The transport agency is a service completely independent of our company and is therefore not directly involved in the sale of the product. For this reason, the delivery times we provide should be understood as estimates and not as binding commitments. 

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time, as these depend on logistical factors beyond our control, such as the carrier's operations or exceptional circumstances.

We also offer the option of in-store collection or the possibility for the customer to arrange their own transport, thus reinforcing freedom of choice. 

The shipping service is provided on a non-profit basis, as an added value for greater customer convenience. 

We are only responsible for the correct delivery of the product and are not liable for delays once the package has left our premises.

The transport agency is not responsible for calling the customer, even if you specify this in the order comments.
