For live services like the weather forecast or live parking information as you approach your destination, download the Smartphone Link2 app, which connects the Camper 770 LMT-D navigator with your compatible smartphone.

Also available is the LiveTrack2 feature, which allows you to share your location so your friends know where you are while you're on the go.

2. Drive with practical warnings on the route.

Camper 770 LMT-D comes pre-loaded with detailed maps of Europe, which also include caravan restrictions such as bridge heights, weight limits and information about major roads and highways.

These helpful warnings are both audible and visual, helping you be prepared for upcoming ascents, descents, and more.

The Camper 770 LMT-D navigator includes a practical map tool that allows you to see information about the upcoming changes in elevation of your route without leaving the map navigation screen.

You can even tap on the elevation information to enlarge the view of the elevation profile and see the current and upcoming values in more detail.

Plus, you'll be able to locate new attractions thanks to the built-in route planner, which adds more fun to your road trips by suggesting interesting stops along the way.

Foursquare's database of preloaded points of interest includes millions of new and popular restaurants, shops, services and more along your route.

7. Opt for the simple way point function

If you prefer to drive on certain streets or go through specific cities, the simple waypoint feature allows you to easily modify your route.

You just have to add a point to the route that appears on the screen and you will see a notification about the time that will be added.

The Camper 770 LMT-D navigator incorporates the Active Lane Guidance (ALG) lane indication function. ALG uses voice prompts and brightly colored arrows to indicate the correct lane to stay in during your route.

The photoReal junction display shows the exits as you really see them: in full color and very clearly.

Bird's Eye Junction View gives you a detailed view of intersections, as if you were looking down on them.

With integrated Wi-Fi, keeping your browser fully up to date is child's play.

You don't need a computer or software program to perform these simple updates.

Whenever a new map or software update is available and you're connected to a home Wi-Fi network that doesn't require a browser login, the browser's home screen will display a message that an update is available. Just plug your device into a power outlet and it will update over Wi-Fi while it charges.

Camper 770 LMT-D works with any Connect IQ™-compatible Garmin smartwatch, such as the fēnix 5 (sold separately) to provide driving alerts on the wrist.

In addition, the compass of your smartwatch will guide you from where you have parked the vehicle to your final destination, and then back.
